There're siamese twins, and the one is dating a girl, and the other has a thing for her, and she kinda likes him, and so he had to sit there through their dates, and while they were bumping uglies! And he "accidentally" touched her while her bro was having the special time with her, and she liked it!

I don't think it was the "birthday wine" (which I will now refer to). Calli did look pretty nice, but when compared to Meredith...

Well Meredith is the best to compare her too. i mean, think about it. Christina always looks like a pile of stressed-out hell, Izzie is an ex-model (seriously, Catherine Heigl makes me SO envious of her hawtness!)
i think they did her hair different, so it's not so big, or maybe she lost weight, cuz her face looked thinner (could also be the hair thing)
