0099 "Back At Bree's" [12/15/06]

Gahhh! 17 pages! I shall read it later. Anywho, a few things I saw in the room was a envelope, that blurry thing on the desk laurenesque screencaptured, and a box of frosted mini wheats. Does the Order like mini wheats? Also saw a laptop on the desk next to the home computer. If you look at the vid when Daniel b&e Lucy's appartment, you'll see a somwhat flat slivery grey rectangle thing on the same desk as her computer. Maybe that laptop belongs to Lucy?
Re: Second Pamphlet
The thing about using an antibiotic on someone when they don't actually have a bacterial infection, though, is that it will only make the antibiotic increasingly ineffective. Not only will the regular, but presently innate bacterial germs that always dwell in the person's body begin to grow resistant to the antibiotic, but the person's body itself might begin to grow immune to it. When they do get an infection, the antibiotic is going to be useless.onetruegnome wrote:I checked out the site - Zosyn is an antibiotic. I wonder if they were not prepping Bree for a 'ceremony' but a medical procedure?ghostvoices wrote:Don't know if anyone's found this out yet (if you have, sorry!!!), but I believe the second pamphlet is for Zosyn. Visit http://www.zosyn.com/. The graphic is the same.
Since Bree was getting those shots for well over a month, it's possible that the Zosyn would no longer help her if she did need it.

That was my reaction as well. "Hold the damn camera still!"krmurr87 wrote:not at all a helpful video!!!!! anyone else feel like we're suppose to find something in those frantic moving camera shots? I'll keep watching
Great research on the medication pamphlets, especially on the info about "more easily controlled behavior."
Ghostvoices, great find on the Zosyn. I read the part of the site that is specifically for health care professionals, and noted that the drug is prescribed for "Postpartum endometritis or pelvic inflammatory disease caused by piperacillin-resistant, β-lactamase producing strains of E. coli." IOW, one of its uses is for "female problems" -- possibly related to fertility?
These two statements made my jaw drop.alysaface wrote:ugh i know, that's what i originally thought when i was getting the ss of the pamphlets "where's teh crazies, they'll know what these pamphlets are for"..glowe126 wrote:]Okay...Who's a shaky-shake? . . .
I take medications on an ongoing basis, for various reasons that include psychiatric issues (but don't happen to include epilepsy). So do plenty of others on this forum.
If either of you has a psychiatric disability or a seizure disorder, then in my view, you have the right to use terms like "shaky-shake" and "crazies" (because you're referring to yourself). If you don't, then you've got a hell of a lot of nerve using these disparaging terms to describe other people who happen to have disabilities.

Just FYI: I work in the disability field, and I've just spent several days dealing with a bunch of clueless ignorant (although well-meaning) people. I'm a bit on edge, I guess.

It would make no sense for the video to focus on the med pamphlets if they didn't have some significance to the story. And since we know Bree's father was injecting her with some kind of medications -- and claiming he didn't know what they were -- the presence of these pamphlets is obviously a clue.blessedmercy1018 wrote:How do we know that it is Bree taking the meds? perhaps it is the person staying there. Unless...the zosyn was for a one time prophylactic dose to be given close to the ceremony...and the anti seizure was the one she was getting regularly. I haven't done the research but most antiseizure meds have to be given regularly to maintain a therapeutic level, and they need time to build up in your system.
