*pets Mutey* How are you sweetie? How's work treating you?

Not nearly as nicely as you're treating me, Mirage

How's your day going?

So far so good. Then again it's still early *narrows eyes* The day could still turn around and kick my ass.
I've got to actually start super cleaning my bathroom today. BF wants to re-paint/re-tyle it, so we gotta have our landlord over to check it out and give us permission.
So what's new in Mutey's World?

I think the wifey wants to redo our bathroom too... But our kitchen needs it worse... I'm thinking of doing one of those snap-together hardwood floors. They look nice, but much easier to do (not to mention care for) than a real one
Not much new here... Mostly trying to come up with a good script for the no-budget film that I plan on producing

Wait, you know you want to make a film, but you don't know what it's gonna be about yet? Isn't that bass-ackwards?
Yeah, there's always one in every relationship that has all these grand ideas for home improvement.

My mom did the snap-wood floors for her livingroom/den/corridor-to-the-stairs and they turned out beautifully! And her house is on a permanent slant because they're so close to a lake. I'd reccomend them. They're very nice.
I just don't see the point in spending money to re-do the bathroom when it's not ours. We're renting. It really just ends up helping the landlord(s) out, and after the way we almost got kicked out of our place 2 weeks after we moved in, they can really suck my left breasticle.

I have an idea of what I want my film to be about, just no script yet
I can't wait to do our kitchen floor
I know what ya mean about redoing things while renting... I always felt like it was a waste of both time and money, unless the landlord was reimbursing you somehow, or you plan on being there a very long time.

Well yeah he'd reinburse us, but only for the materials. So we're basically working for free and it helps them out more than it helps us. I mean, I'd like to be here for atleast another year (or even 2), but my BF is a restless guy, and we don't stay in one place for more than 2-3 years.

Not to mention we live under a constant threat of the Association kicking us out.
So what do you want to make a movie about? Or do you not wanna say yet?

I hear that... I wouldn't put the effort in unless I gained a bigger benefit from it. But since I own, I'm all about the improvements
My ideas tend to evolve over time, so it's not 100% set in stone, so I'd rather not say yet. Plus, my wife is helping drive my ARG plans forward... I hope to be shooting some serious footage for both while I'm vacationing in April

Random: So this lady sitting behind me who can't shut her yap about anything at all was busy flapping her gums away about a rib she'd fractured. I was just walking to my cubicle as she's blah-blah-ing when I said "Who brought Ritz crackers?!" Brought the house down, it did.

Aww, Mutey!

Creative quoting, Mirage!

You just want my wife to cook for you, don't ya?

Though I can't blame ya for that

*sniffle* Maybe.
Dude, what can I say, it sounds like she makes some bitchin' chili.
Now that I wish I had chili, I'm gonna go have some noodles with butter and garlic sauce.
