I get a lot of bad nightmares. Part of it's the sleeping disorder I have, i don't go into REM sleep often, which is where most dreams happen. (So I've heard, you'd think I'd be certain, what with my psych degree and all!) Dreams that happen during other times tend to be a little more logical, and therefore if they're scarey they're BAD.

I have the worst time going to sleep after the g/f left. Part of it is not having anyone to sleep next to, and part of it is that even though it happened in June, I still can't wrap my head around what she did. I've seen messed-up shiznit, and I've had messed-up shiznit done to me, and what she pulled takes the cake; when I'm in bed with the lights off, and no sound, there's nothing to do but think about it. And of course, have nightmares about it when I sleep.
