I recently went wedding dress shopping with my mom.

This first picture is of me saying "I can't believe I'm getting married!" I did not pic this dress. No vail at my wedding either.

I like the one you picked (gee aren't you glad you have my input?). The bust of the top one is weird for some reason.....

I agree. The whole dress was heavy and uncomfortable. The second one... Oh man, I fell in love with it at first site. I actually tried it on first... then tried on 4 more.. then the one I picked.. then 4 more.. then the one I picked.. then I picked it.

I couldn't have worn the first one......I'm a bit "busty" and the beaded seam wouldn't have fit under my cleavage but more in the middle....not flattering at all!!

Is that a strap for one arm or was it a halter? I can't tell from the angle....

Oh, I was getting into it. It's not all the way on. That's a strap. It's going to take them 4 months to even make the darn thing to my specifications. All the dresses I tried on were like 6's and 8's.. I ended up needing a bit more than that.

Well.. It's a long story, so don't judge too quickly, but it was a "dog" (I say "dog" because she was more like a kindred wolf-spirit sister type.......) that I had. In her last days, she had cancer and hip-dysplacia (sp?).. so my parents decided to put her down. I got the paw print minutes after she passed.
