i dont know the name. well i did but i dont remember. i already tried to follow the instructions online to uninstall but it corrupted to many files

iw ould say the first thing is to get all the important stuff off of there incase you have to wipe the drive

Ditto. I know how to turn on my computer and do a lot of stuff online, but for the actual dealing with the machine stuff I'm lost
