-kun: Used between two males to denote friendship
-chan: This one's the difficult one to understand... It's commonly used to denote someone cute, but is most used by/for girls. A girl can also use "-chan" on a boy's name to show affection. So boys wouldn't use it on other boys (there's actually another one for that, but I won't go into that...) and girls can use it on boys and other girls... Make sense?
-sama: Used to show affection or... "loyalty?" Common for two who are close. Can also be used to show repect for the person whose name it is added to. Such is the case that Lester uses it in regards to me.

Then there's the one in my name... -yuki Same as with "-sama" but to a greater extent, a term of endearment.
