Yum. Will you come cook for me? Every time I try to use my crock pot the food is still raw when it is supposed to be done (I just can't stop myself from taking off the lid).

Last night I felt creative. I had some of those big pasta shells from when I was going to try this tofu recipe...but now my husband is boycotting tofu. Soooo, I used some beef, sausage and a multitude of spices and some shedded mozz and grated paremesean and made a meat filling for them, smothered them in marinara and covered them with provolone cheese. Oh my, they were quite tasssssty. I think I'd like to try them with a seafood stuffing and my homemade alfredo sauce next time.

Then I won't tell you what I'm making tonight...so plug your eyes.

I think I'm going to make a deep dish pizza and I'm toying with the idea of doing a white one. I make my own dough and a pretty good homemade alfredo...I'm just trying to decide if I want it to be chicken or spinach or shrimp. Smothered in provolone of course, it really is superior to mozzarella

I vote for chicken and fresh basil! I think the reason provo makes a better pizza is because it has a lot less mosture than the mozz. Everything get less greasy and soggy.

No. Way. That is so weird you said that. I have a friend who always says roast beast instead of roast beef. It happened yesterday again. I always laugh when she says it. The weird part though is she really thinks it's said roast beast.

I read it anyway. I vote spinach, but I guess it's too late now. :P Bon appétit, sweetheart. :)
