That would be the reason they didn't hurt Jonas.
What is the point of the "watching" then? Especially "watching" so obviously?
To show her that they are going to be forever a part of her life.
They'll never leave her alone until she chooses to do the ceremony.
Its a method of minipulation.
They Make her choose to do so in free will, by having a threatening force looming over her. But they are not there to hurt, they are there jsut to make her feel like she could possibly be facing a life or death decission. And They want her to choose life for herself and the people around her.
They used her father as a scare tactic. They used him to show her their capabilties. That they are dangerous. So by strategically placing the watchers in their view during a tramatic and emotional time when they think they are safe, places the idea in Bree's head that herself and her firends will never be safe until she does the ceremony.
Thats totally right. I agree. :]

I don't know if anyone else has said this, but the screencap on You Tube is not a part of the video.

Yeah, Jonas is definitely a bit of a loose cannon. Great video, though, excellently filmed and filled with suspense. It was a nice surprise that the Watcher stopped his attempted attack on Jonas when Bree stepped inbetween them. I'm glad the camera caught all of the action (but who was filming?). Going along with the idea that the Watchers don't plan to hurt Bree, they reinforce that notion by dressing like Secret Service agents and driving in cars that such agents would drive.
I am just curious. Can anyone explain to me why Bree's picure appears as the thumbnail on YouTube for this episode butht he picture is part of some other episode?

Uh..they are safe though..apparently. They just frolicked around right infront of the dude and he didn't even do anything to them. Just seems like they could do something that would scare her more..or just take her. If she does "choose" to do it this way...it's not really a choice, it's pushing her to the limit so she feels she has no other option. Why don't they just make her do it and get it over with? I'm sure they could spin art her into it if need be. Just dosn't make any sense to me.
I think any talk of there being a clear distinction between OpAphid and the Order is ridiculous, Lucy has been seen with both Gemma and the Deacons, Gemma has been caught talking with OpAphid.
The only distinction I can see between OpAphid and the Order, is that OpAphid was created by a different creative team than LG15, and when it became canon, it had to be incorporated into the existing story line. So it had to be either synonymous with the Order, or a sub group, they chose the latter.
been lurking for a long time but felt I had to throw this thought into the air.
When I saw the video my first thought was that the situation had been set up between the order and jonas to try to prove to bree that he was trustworthy and on her side.
Because they dont shoot him or try to kidnap him or just manhandle him.

I thought the whole point of having a watcher so blatantly stationed was to smoke the three out of Jonas's house. They might not want them getting to comfortable in one locale. Besides, remember how stressed Bree got when they first made her homeless?
Personally, I'm hoping she goes attacking Tach style. No set location makes it harder to catch them.
