(but really, this is awesome! i've been an Op lurker since the beginning, so it's so fun watching the confusion!!)

I haven't been able to read through ALL these pages, but here's a good theory floating around the Op boards...

Notice how the whole audio seems like snippets, not one smooth, continuous thing? Oppy would do a lot of anagrams, so we're wondering if this could be a verbal anagram....

IMO this is another vid that makes the Order look inept.

Say your the Order and you capture Daniel and want him to make a vid to convince Bree to do the ceremony do you really think your going to accomplish this with a video that is so opposite of Daniel's demeanor? Do they really expect Bree to see this vid and decide to do the Ceremony?

Wouldn't it have made more sense if you didn't know if Daniel was under any duress or not? He could have said he was approached and asked to meet with Bree's mom where she explained everything including that it was her father that was the bad guy. We then wouldn't be sure exactly where Daniel was coming from.

maybe he was threatened into coercing Bree to do it, and in a desperate plea to let Bree know it was "no good", he acted in a way WAY different from who he is. they might have seen something weird, thus the spliced nature of the vid.

OMG I just watched the video...a little late i know but OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY GOT DANIEL!!! I KNEW HER DAD WASN'T DEAD!! i'm shocked. we must save danielbeast!

good idea! they don't know his personality as well as bree or jonas so maybe the way he was acting would not seem weird to them...but to us and to bree it certainly does/would

wow, bet no one predicted that was going to happen. is daniel on rugs? can't understand half of what he's saying. i think they drugged him b/c there's no way daniel would actually agree with the order and join them. what have they done to him?

I also think he was drugged because there is no way Daniel would change his mind without drugs

yea go read it in the LGpedia. i had to because i didn't believe my ears either

not sure if this has been said before but, someone sugggesed that daniel appearance looked wrong and that made me think

Op's video, the end justifies the means, daniel is wearing the same clothes as in 'Miss me?' and he finds the camera in is room at home, just a though but has the order had him in there power for longer than we thought? think about it after daniel find the camera we are lead to beleive that he has scuppered ops spying but op say this "Well Played. But then again, clearly things have not gone according to plan...or have they?" its those last 3 words that have me thinking that maybe our best was tamed by the order

but just to imediatley counter that arguement daniel is acting so out of character in 'Miss me?' that it has me thinking 2 possible theories:

1 he is comepletely in Ops power and the unusual choice of words is op displaying the power she has to control
2 daniel is only partially being controlled and was speaking uncharacteristicly to diplay he is fighting against the control and warn bree or more simply he is just pretending to be in her power but is talking uncharaterristically to drive bree away (and op not knowing better has assumed thats how he talks) but the uncharacteristic mamerisms are to convice bree to leave him and save herself

i think the patial control is most likely and only has the lead over him faking it because of the freaky 'we have daniel' line

I shall have to rely on josh to corroberate this but for any one who was unlucky enough to see my short lived videos i discribed the effects of the orders brainwashing when i 'raided' one of their facilities and said that the brainwashed ones are have no free will I guess daniel has proved me right!

maybe jonas and bree will do a copy of my raid video, HA! can you imagine jonas running out of sight gun in hand than running back shooting at the order!

i agree with the brainwashing theory, or him making a video warning bree and op (i feel so weird giving her a nickname) editing it to change his dialogue.

We all know Daniel has a penchant for investigating this stuff, especially after his visit to Lucy's apartment -- maybe he's just there playing along with Oppy and did a purposely crappy job of convincing Bree to come back to the Order? I dunno. But I do get the feeling that there's probably something in there that's the real Daniel trying to get a clue to Bree about his whereabouts or a warning not to go do the ceremony.

All it says is, "That thing with your dad, it's just a big misunderstanding. He actually wanted that to happen. Don't you want all of this to be worth something?"
It doesn't say he isn't dead it just said he wanted that and that she should want it to mean something (I assumed he meant that she should want his death to mean something).

We can always hope that her dad didn't die but unless I'm missing something I don't think Daniel said he was still alive.
