Meh it's not like they couldn't take a trip up to Canada, age of consent is anywhere from 14 to 16 around our parts.

Well dang it, I'd be screwed if I lived in Cali...at one point in my marriage, I was 18 and my hubby was 17. Dang me and my sex offender ways. Although...marriage might negate that law.

There is no way to know what state the cabin is located in, so the discussion about the legality Bree/Jonas sleeping together is moot.

However, I don't think they did sleep together. Just my opinion. I don't see Bree doing that as a means of securing Jonas' trust.

Kissing him, yes. Sleeping with him, no.
