What? (Please explain to the blonde, thankyou)
Because I like you, I'll gladly oblige:

lol strict "diets" dont work for me personally...that's why I like LA so much...I don't feel deprived of anything...this is how many servings of stuff I get every day:
2 proteins
3 fruits
4 veggies
1 dairy
2 starches
1 fat
But the proteins are HUGE servings for me so I have to break them up, for example, one serving of protein can be 8 oz of chicken, 4 oz of cheese, 2 cups of soy milk, 2 cups of edamame beans, 6 oz steak...
Does it stay the same for week to week? I mean, the number of the servings don't increase or decrease?
Well it stays the same until you reach your goal weight then the servings increase to maintain that weight.

Please pardon my dyslexia...that's why I have spell check built in on this thing, but it doesn't help when I type the wrong words but they are still proper words

My biggest problem has been portion control. I tend to eat really fast and then I don't end up feeling really full until I've had twice of what I should have eaten.
Also, my BF is such a picky eater that I don't know if he'll be able to take to these diets, and I aint cooking a seperate meal just for him.
This makes me physically ill just to type, but I want to loose 30 pounds. Sigh.

Put a couple (who am I kidding? Several) more cottage cheese dimples in that ass and it's a mirror of my own.

Those look yummy!! And I know BF would like them. So when it says that it counts for the 1 dairy a day, does that mean the whole recipe? Or then can you only eat 2 balls (hee) out of that?
