But seriously, I don't understand why there'd be this kind of friction between you two.

Talk. Make him put down the TV remote, or the XBox 360 controller or whatever and make him face you, have him address issues.

Just talk. Give him one last chance to remind you of why you were with him in the first place.

yeah he left me last night all of a sudden and basically isnt coming back ever.
