Wasn't there a case where some people videotaped themselves kidnapping someone they knew, pretending they were going to kill her, and afterwards she said she knew nothing about it beforehand but they said it was all just a game and she'd agreed to take part?
So there's always that defence- "we couldn't possibly be stupid enough to video this if it was real"- but I'm not sure what the verdict was...

i.e. They put the video up as "It's Not Kidnapping"..

.... it totally is kidnapping....

Therefore you turn to your co-workers and say
"It's not funny."

Problem solved...

Oh c'mon people , ive seen many comments about how jules may be a real person and bree , daniel and jonas kidnapped a real girl .. thats just really stupid. Wouldent you think the creaters of the show would "check" with the girl before they just out of the blue kidnapped her? DUHHH. Seriously The actress who plays jules is sitting at home perfectly fine.
