after return to the hall of police (wich as mentioned before was a term used for prison. Maybe some place people are held captured, does that ring any bells?) the next word sounds like 'tate' to me, it sounds like a T sound at the beginning AND the end of the word.

Fat could be Fact
The 'names it' idea posted before sounds like it could be true aswell.


I thought of some fact-sheet or something... but it doesn't sound like that. Could a document containing facts sound like fact-lown or something. I'm not a native english speaker, so maybe someone has an idea.

The last bit sounds a bit like 'light around 19'? Is there perhaps a number 19 somewhere around the seminar location which they need to light up?! Im not sure, just throwing new ideas out there!

This merry go round is in an amuzement park. Santa Cruz Boardwalk. It was designed by a Charles I. D. Looff. Or (C.I.D. Looff). One of the features is a clown that holds a golden ring that you grab on your way by.
