Duh, of course. Christ, I have to pay more attention. That's the second time Lurker has pointed out the obivious to me, ha ha. He was just trying to make a joke or something, or get into character. Thanks again.
No problem. You're welcome.

Because it's the one thing everyone can agree on.

I guess you don't visit the GTKE forum, they have been discussing thier vibrators for months. Maybe that's where they got the idea.

What's a GTKE forum?

Yeah, it was harmless. He was being way too straight forward with them...Jonas still loves Bree.

(no surprise after her initial prank) So she doesn't even want Daniel, she just wants to take boyfriends away from her sister. That makes her a spoiled, vindictive little tramp in my book.
I don't see the gutsy either. The only time she has shown any initiative was when she faked a gun, pantsed Daniel and when she insulted the boys and traipsed off to the not quite abandoned house. Then first sign of anything--weren't they supposed to find somebody home?--she skedaddles like a frightened rabbit. That's just rude and pushy, not gutsy.
I, for one, can't abide the little truant.
I agree! Plus I don't think her acting is all that great either.

Maybe he did say they. I thought I heard Dont the first time too, but when I watched it again, his speech is kind of mumbled. Maybe he was trying to talk without Sarah hearing him.
Or, maybe he was trying to be all smooth, by saying it like... Well, I'm typing, so I cant really give an example. But smooth and low, like, "Bond. James Bond."
DB may just get all serious and say, "They call me... the Beast."
Listening with headphones, I'm sure it's "Don't." He says "Don't call me 'Beast.' I am ... Dr. Beckett."
Lol, Spades, I used my imagination to hear you say it
Cool Lurker. At least someone's smart enough to think of headphones /headdesk
I a) don't have any
b) can only plug it in by making my computer do a 360

Inbreeding? Not that that wouldn't be plausible, but how did that theory come about for you?
By "inbreeding" I mean "the selective mating of couples from a very small pool to enhance a deesired characteristic" NOT necessarily "deliberate cosanguinity". In other words, despite their broad societal powers, HoO and hence the order, does not have that many followers, and if they're trying to enhance a certain trait, you're going to have a limited selection of potential biological parents--so you're going to end up with some interesting familial relationships.
saralynn wrote:Inbreeding could make sense, though I wouldn't say it's for certain.
Kind of like royalty in Europe in the early centuries, they didn't want to 'muddy' their gene pool so they only married people who they knew were worthy -- their relatives, usually cousins.
If this trait is so sought after, whatever it is, maybe they inbreed to get it. Though maybe not so close as a cousin, at least I hope. Bree doesn't have webbed toes or anything.
More or less.

Exactly.
Why is that so hard to understand?
He wasn't Beast for that moment. He was a "doctor."

I think a lot of people like her for all of the reasons you've listed for NOT liking her.
To use a total, shameless, ridiculously nerdy example of this that some people might understand... it's sort of why I (and millions of other people) are obsessed with Snape from Harry Potter.
Or pretty much any bad, arrogant, complete a*****e that people tend to love.
Sarah's main intrigue is in all of her faults. She's very real (I don't think her acting is bad at all. I sort of think she's one of the better actors in the series, but maybe that's just me. O_o) and while she can be a bitch, I'm pretty sure most of us know at lease ONE Sarah and probably don't feel very amiable towards her in real life!
But she's interesting because she has problems and, yes, she's humorous. In real life I'd probably get sick of her and hate the girl, but it's nice to watch her on camera because she doesn't seem to care what the other people think (except for DBeast. O_O I agree, she seems to be after him) and adds interest to the otherwise straight cast of characters.
I mean... look at what we've got. Daniel with the drinking problem. How edgy... that's sarcasm. It's getting old fast. Jonas with the bleeding heart and the absent parents. Adorable, but he dips into cliche at times. Bree with her... just her everything. O_O Jules I won't even go into because I feel bad for the girl, but her character irks me. And Taylor, who plays soccer, is a whiz at computers, and has a sense of "humour."
Sarah is ridiculous, and she doesn't really seem to like any of them enough to be nice to them, so that, at least to me, is refreshing.

Sorry, sorry. My bad. Just making a joke. Ha ha.
