Ah, yes, the NOS - I'm familiar with that notion.
I think we should focus on conserving oil by using renewable resources and allocating more money to research for energy-efficient vehicles. This will help our environment and eliminate much of our dependency on foreign countries. And, uh...spread the perv!
Bah, we have time to develop a substantial campaign later. We're forming an exploratory committee to, well, explore.
