Uhm.. Not really good fish and chips here.
I had great fish and chips in Scotland.
UK'ers have as many fish and chip places as we have hamburger joints!!
At least fish is healthier.
I was stunned.

There are usually at least two McDonalds at every interstate exit!!
I very occasionally will eat there. I love their vanilla cone. It's only 200 cals an it is low fat. A lot of people don't know that.
That Belgian airport had this long conveyer belt you had to stand on to get to your destination. It was better than walking, but it reminded me of being at Disney..strange music..strange language.. strange shops.

Did they do the Christmas menu at McDonalds, with the beautiful Mexican Chicken Premiere?

Uhm.. Jamesy.. No Christmas promotion like that existed here.
I remember one year, they promoted the McNuggets with Christmas sauces, like apple cinnamon, etc.
Do you get the McRib there?

Yes...
You might as well just move here and be done with it!!
From what I remember, it was a fairly slow-paced, but ultimately moderately likeable 'comedy' series. Can't mock you too much for that. Especially as it has Dame Judi Dench in it....

Well, actually Jamesy.. Everything is more expensive in the U.K. and kitchen appliances are often in "miniature." I don't know why that bugs me, but it does.

Don't think we have the McRib here, although it rings a bell that we might have had it once....
The Mexican Chicken Premiere was a Chicken Premiere, but with cheese in it, and some Doritos on top of the chicken!! It was the most pleasant thing that I've ever tasted at McDonalds. And now they've got rid of it again, and brought in some more manky cow burgers, and some onion rings!!

You don't remember that Jess?
There were four promotional Christmas sauces. I can't remember the other 3. I was in high school, so you were probably at an age you might not remember.
