Hey, y'all!!!
I'm eating dinner, channel surfing out of boredom, just taking a break and checking in.
Gypsy, I never LOST my ability to multi-task. I was born this way. I have laser-sharp single minded focus. It's perfect concentration. I get so immersed in things that you can call my name and I don't hear.

Quite honestly, I came REALLY close to changing the channel quite a bit.. I think the only thing that kept me watching was the recipes and techniques demonstrated.. I love to cook, and learning new ways of doing something is a lot of fun!

Oh and Gypsy..
I don't know anything about "top chef," but I'm a gourmet cook. I love to create "fancy food" that takes two hours or more to prepare!

I love cooking, but I've never watched more than a few minutes of Top Chef...I love Iron Chef though
