Probably not...I'm kind of hoping for once that we don't get hit because I have a surprise party to go to in Chattanooga tomorrow night but I'm not going to drive down there if it's all nasty out...

I never knew before that southern states didn't have equipment to handle a snowfall until I read yours and Marbella's comments earlier.

that's just amazing to me, having lived in the North all my life!

Yeah we've got squat down here...no need for it lol
I'm serious, on the news last night they were making a HUGE deal about the either 7 or 12 snow plows/salt trucks that we have lol it was pretty funny ;)

They send them out BEFORE the snow hits...the put the salt mixture down so the little that does fall barely ever even sticks to the road...there's really no point in the plows ;)

I guess that's the smart thing to do, in an area that seldom receives anything!

I'm going to be brave and actually post an opinion over at the top chef area... I've enjoyed the show in the past and have learned how to make a lot of things from the show and site (beef wellington, for one!) but this last season was full of people being nasty and ganging up on one particular person.. which REALLY took away from the viewing experience.

(Jess.. you would have been hysterical if you had been a fly on the wall at my house.. on Wednesdays, a friend comes over and she's as addicted to the show as I am. When all the insults and juvenile behavior started, I was on the edge of the couch, yelling at the tv for someone to step in and make these people grow up already, lmao!)

Yeah it is...people can't drive here as it is ;)

LOL!!! That would have been funny!! I'm the same way with certain things...I usually just cringe and briefly change the channel ;)
