I was really into Sweet Valley High when I was younger. They used to like to 'switch' to fool thier friends and teachers, and I think once they did it to take a test or something.
As far as its meaning, I think she's just being snarky. It's a girl's series, just like Nancy Drew.

I've gotten both sign off's from her...when she's mad at me, I get "be well-for your own sake" and when she's not so mad at me I get "be well-for the sake of us all"

The funny thing about the song she quoted me, i sang that for a third grade talent show and won first place....
Obviously the orphan angle is big for them and she referenced tomorrow..Maybe something will happen tomorrow?
