They were making an out-of-universe statement - in other words, that the Creators just posted her vids as responses to Bree's vids so that she would be noticed, not because Jules was actually doing it within the fictional world.
While that is a possibility, even then Jules should recognize Bree because she's been messaging her. Jules has replied to other people, but has apparently avoided Bree.

Basically, a comment on LG15 in terms of it being a production instead of a comment based within its fictional world.

... i have to chuckle sometimes... people LOVE to keep trying to solve puzzles that Im not sure are there...
I mean, its obvious to me, the only reason the character Julie posted to LG was for a few hits, and to set a back log up, like Jonas had, still on revver jonas' 1st vids arent there (or i oversaw them)
Either way, as is, EVERYONE, count them, EVERYONE, had videos posted before being fully incorporated into the story, WAIT, the exception is those who dress in black, not gemma black, but buisness suit black.. and i guess Sara and the aunt... but both were mentioned 1st...
am I wrong?

I figured Jules just searched for a popular video and responded ti it so more poeple would read see her videos, she didn't need to watch it....

no. seriously, guys. It was done on PURPOSE. It is a clue, we just haven't figured it out yet.
Nothing has been done like that, that wasn't part of the story, to date, why would something so significant not be significant? it just doesn't makes sense
Ummm did that make sense? maybe I am thinking too hard, :roll:this new video has made me mad. It's the whole jonas senario repeated
