Yes, Panda, this is exactly who I was thinking of. Thanks for finding this! I did a quick search on MySpace and couldn't find him, so I guess he's not the Dr. referred to in the video. Gulf Coast is proud to present two of its most distinguished contributors from the Summer/Fall 2007 issue. Selections from David McGee's "Drawings for Lorenzo"—his eight-painting feature in Gulf Coast—will be on display at Texas Gallery. And later, Mark Z. Danielewski will read from his novel Only Revolutions, which was a finalist for a 2006 National Book Award.
Reading to be followed by issue sales and signings, as well as a brief reception.
