I'm not sure why I thought she was so young. I agree that it is the same actress.
The one man show thing is pretty crazy. She must have her hands full.

I took a screen shot of her in the Unsolved Mysteries video. I lightened it up a bit, and you can see that she definitely got her hair cut.

I thought those "4 pole things" were candles.
