Why would the camera be at exactly the same elevation and angle (above his head and pointing diagonally down) if he's behind the camera?

Yes, Tach and Brother cannot see these videos, but we know that BD&J were in contact with them. We also know that at least one of them can pilot a helicopter. We saw helicopters in the kidnapping video. The last public video posted is BD&J being chased. That would at least have alerted Tachyon and Brother that they were in trouble, even if the kids didn't contact them afterward. Doesn't it seem a little odd that they'd just be wandering around a gas station after a close call like that? They could even have been waiting for one or the other to pick them up.

My mind's not closed to other possibilities. I love new characters, and it's a great time to introduce one, but logically, brother and tachyon make the most sense.

The camera hadn't been taken down from its fixed position yet. That's what Daniel is doing behind the camera.

There are a lot of times when the camera is off. Who is to say what did and did not happen in those times?

Why would she look at him? It would slow her down?

He never tries to run right into her.

If someone were shooting at me and hit the person right next to me, I certainly wouldn't stop to let them get better aim!

After this, I'll let the matter drop until we get confirmation one way or the other, but there's one thing I want to ask, just to be sure I'm reading you right:

"The person" right next to Bree was Daniel according to your argument. Not a villain that she wouldn't care about, and not even a random stranger that she may have just met. Daniel. Her best friend. The guy she's known for three years, who she cares for a great deal, who has been there for her through all kinds of crap, and who is only in this situation because he wanted to protect her.

But you're saying she ran off without even checking to see if he was alive...? That she didn't call out his name when he got hit? That she was booking it on out of there before his body even hit the ground (we see Bree running off as the camera is going down)?

I have no further questions.

Yup! You got me! I can't see Bree doing something that practical. She's barely 17. Kids don't have more than a thimble full of wisdom at that age.

The Vegas Video was the last one that was not a private transmission.....so Brother/Tachy could of seen that Op was chasing them, hence our team could of tracked BJD...

Also, If BJD does a private transmission, can tachy/bro see it since they are on their side...? Sorry if that sounds stupid but I was just curious...

Yes, I think thats the plan. I also thought they said things about private videos pointed at certain characters instead of factions.

I say, Daniel momentarily disabled the surveillance camera that was on him and he and Bree escaped.

A watcher (or whomever) chased Bree while filming until jumping her by the bush.

She, in turn, used her newly gained Tachyon skillz and whipped his butt, took his camera and posted the movie later.

Once the person chasing Bree was hit, she ran away...the person in black took the camera.

I don't think she could of posted the film, because of the other camera filming daniel (we don't know if that is indeed the same camera, or if there are multipule cameras??).

I don't doubt her ninja skills she has gotten from Tachy though!

This post doesn't prove that tachy and/or brother didn't have anything to do with this most recent video.

While I agree that the creators would not lie about *who* posted a video. That is the one constant truth really in this 'private transmission' thing atleast this early in anyway. I don't think that that proves anything other than the order posted this video.

Those feet could have belonged to someone else in the order.

Just because tach or bro did the killing doesn't mean they had to post the video.

Also Daniel did not get shot and was not holding the cammera.

I'm not saying i KNOW they did it (though i speculate this is true) I am just saying it's possible.
