I understand why Bree is still running cuz I would too. But, what makes her so damn important that they would follow her everywhere she goes. She has proven that she want's nothing to do with the order so why won't they leave her alone???
Out of the thousands of girls who show potential at birth and which they then raise in controlled homes, only a few develop the characteristics at puberty which are needed for the ceremony. Apparently Bree's one of those few and after already spending 17 years on her, either they've invested too much to let her go this easily or she's the only one at the age they can use right now (maybe a bit of both).
I know about all this but, it just doesn't make sense to me. What "characteristics" does she have that makes her so much more prominent than anyone else. I mean, what potential can a newborn infant show? And is this info on LG Pedia (I never go there) I mean, I heard that there are these girls who are so much more distinguished than others etc etc. But, is this fact or a conclusion we as fans have come to.

Could be genetic.

It was in the video "Hiding In The Bathroom."
As for what those characteristics are or how they're determined, I haven't a clue.

Strangely enough its like they are being herded. They go too far out of bounds and boom, a well dressed caller pays a visit. A good sheepdog never bites the sheep (maybe the occasional nip); it scares them by its presence.

And as far as why goes. There is something very important about her, given by the amount of effort expended. I believe whatever she has or needs to do must come willingly, that is why her friends are not dead and shes in a white room.
(To be honest it may be the videos themselves keeping the kids alive. If I were a watcher I would not want my movements publisized.)
And if it still bothers you here is a nice quote from MST3K that may help.
If you're wondering how he eats and breathes
And other science facts,
Just repeat to yourself "It's just a show,
I should really just relax
For Mystery Science Theater 3000."

As for why the Order's still chasing them, I think it might be because it's the only tactic that works. As has been said, the Order will not force Bree to do anything against her will. So, they track her down and chase her. It's probably more exciting than a standoff (though that would be cool--cue
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly theme music

), as well as more exciting than seeing Jonas, Bree and Daniel cooped up somewhere and doing nothing. That's why I think that if Bree and company can't fight the Order, can't run from the Order and can't join the Order, then they should
secretly infiltrate the Order and expose it from the inside. Bree's exercising her free will, the Order thinks they have her, and everyone's happy until the Order gets what's coming to it. Seriously, I really think this has to happen. Otherwise, this will be like "Groundhog Day".

OT
When I was a little girl, I used to listen to the radio while I was trying to go to sleep.
Anyway, here I am in this totally dark room, listening to music while trying to go to sleep. The radio plays that "Admiral Halsey" song by Wings, and I'm almost asleep.
Suddenly, the theme from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" comes on, and it just terrifies me. It scared me so bad, I wouldn't get up to go to the bathroom for at least two hours, even though I had to.
Alright, stupid childhood story over with.
