This is kinda not following the same thought process of this topic.. but you know how they use their friends/relatives houses to shoot the scenes? I was thinking that maybe this is a friend's painting and they thought it would be cool to get it on camera for others to see.
Just an idea. It doesn't look like anything famous, but then again I'm not an Art History major...

Libra you're so right.
It's a real house. Wouldn't look real without paintings or decorations... or whatever.
Maybe it's just the real people who live in the house who put up the painting

Ever hear of a "trumpet medium?" Supposedly these are people who have the dead speak through them and in some cases through an actual trumpet.
I mean if you REALLY want to read into it

That is the one of the weirdest things I've ever heard, Raven. How do you know what a person is saying to you through a musical instrument? The mood of the piece?

An Excerpt from the Inrterview with Brian E. Hurst
by Tatiana Elmanovich:
"There I first met Mr. Robert Copley, whose wife, Anne Copley, was what is called a "trumpet medium." She could go into a deep trance, sitting in a chair. They had a shed in the garden, like a garden sanctuary. And they would turn out the lights, and Anne would sit in a small chair with curtains around her. When I first was invited to sit with Anne Copley, I could hear her actually snoring during the first fifteen minutes. She was breathing deeply and heavily in the dark. On the floor in front of us—I sat with my father’s sister, my Aunt Doreen with some other people in the dark—were luminous megaphones, painted with luminous paint. They were lying on their end, sticking up from the floor. And as we began to sing some hymns like "Jerusalem," "Abide with Me," and some of the Christian hymns we sang, and said a prayer, suddenly, the luminous trumpet flew up in the air and it turned on its side, and the voices began coming through the trumpet at us."
Relevant or not I still thought it was interesting
