I agree with Mute- Sometimes "the one that got away" is a blessing in disguise.

And I agree with Ziola- Some friends that got away still wander into my mind :)

Yes, it's wonderful... And though it's not all about the sex (but how impressed would you be if it were, after 8+ years?), my wife's libido just keeps getting stronger and stronger :D

Sort of have one. It's not like he was interested in me though. God I wish he was. He was...incredible. He was smart (seriously. He's going to Harvard now) funny (every second I was around him I smiled. Literally.) sensitive (no joke. He taught my tennis class, and one day I got hit in the throat with a ball that was being served 3 feet from me. Effing killed. He freaked out and kept on asking if I was ok the rest of the class. So sweet) and we had everything in common. Not to mention the fact that he was the most gorgeous guy I have ever layed my eyes on. omg...I miss him so much. I saw him during Christmas vaca at the movies, and I FLIPPED OUT. We exchanged "Hi, how are you's" and "Merry Christmas's" but that was it.

If only...

Yes. I am a believer that everything happens for a reason. I think that if there is "one who got away" is was meant to be like that.
But me and my "one who got away" are young. You never know. We might meet again someday.

OH PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently I realized that all the boys I never got were the ones I always thought about, but the ones I had..well...I'd chuck most of 'em off a tenth floor balcony now. Then there was this one that I really, really thought was "the one that got away" for a long time. Yeah, I was way wrong. Thank god he got away...far away..hopefully he stays away forever.
