Hmmm... thoughts after watching it again... (sorry I know this is early in the thread for theorizing!)
...what if the Order are
trying to send her crazy? Wear her down so much that with even the slightest hint that one of her mates might be implicated, she goes Rambo on them. (Whether they do this by having Jonas and/or Daniel as their agents/s, or planting evidence at Jonas's, or however)
If she goes nuts, with her Dad out of the way and her Mom totally on the Order's side, the Order could have so much power over her mind...
Maybe they can't drug her into doing the ceromony, convincing her and bribing her hasn't worked... but if she has a mental break of some kind, maybe they figure her mind will be malleable enough for them to convince her she was just crazy all this time, and of course the order isn't evil, and of course she should do the ceremony....
Wonder what I'll get out of the 3rd watching?! *runs away to hyper-analyse some more*

I think this makes the theory that Jonas and Bree are brother and sister more likely. .
How?
Because Jonas said that was there from a long time ago. That was indicate that Jonas's parents were in the Order; so were Bree's "adoptive" parents. Is there a connection there? I think it's a good possibility.

Well, I think the planting evidence thing can be ruled out, unless Daniel is lying. He said that Jonas said it'd been there as long as he remembered.

The brother/sister theory would also explain why Jonas was so "convenient". If he knew Bree was his sister, he would want to help her.
Actually, it explains a lot of things. If the Order knows that Jonas knows something they don't want Bree to know (about her parents, or the Order, or whatever), they may take a hands-off approach with Jonas. That would explain why Lucy didn't catch Jonas; why the Watcher didn't bash his brains in, in "Watch This!".
In fact, the more I think about it, the more things seem to fit right in line with Jonas knowing that he is Bree's brother, but trying to hide it from her; for her safety, or whatever reason. Maybe him not spilling the beans is whats keeping both of them safe.
EDIT: Typo

If DB's not backing her up, how'd Bree get Jonas tied up? Staging a mock seduction and cuffing him to the bed? Unlikely, methinks.

If he was asleep at the time it wouldn't have been too difficult.

Just a general observation that this video endorses for me:
Daniel has become, easily, the most complex and deep character in the series. That's no knock on Bree or Jonas, and we have seen some character development out of Bree (although I personally feel that has been rather clumsy and shallow, and has gone to extremes... prior to the Human Ransom vid we had Bree the Shrinking Violet, now we have Bree the Badass. Both are archtypes, not true character) It has been interesting to track Daniel's maturation, his difficulty in dealing with his circumstances, the depths of his feelings for Bree and the implications it has for their continued well being, etc etc. He has turned into the reluctant hero, but he is much more than that.
Some posters have stated that they feel Daniel is the heart and soul. For me at least, he is easily the most interesting character, and I think its due to both writing and performance.
Kudos to the Creators and to Yousef.

Geez, it seems like yesterday that Jonas and Daniel were being crazy and Bree was trying to be the voice of reason. Now Bree is the psycho and Daniel is trying to calm her down.
What difference a few days can make, eh?
