Lad, I cannot tell you how disappointed I am that you interacted with Daniel and Jonas without that most important of props: The Hat. How are they to recognize you for the true Dropmeister you are, if you don't have your trusty headgear by your side? (Well, not exactly by your side, I guess...but you get the point.)

The picture is praiseworthy, but I weep to think of The Hat, all alone wherever you left it, wallowing in your rejection.

I am sorry that the Hat could not make an appearance. We were running late for the trip as is, and when I got on the freeway I realize it was still at home. I couldn't turn back.

Karma has made me pay for my transgression, however, since I was awoken this morning by the Sacramento Police. Seems someone broke into my car again last night....
