This is much easier. You can crop before capturing. Try it! No editing required.
Just select the area to capture, click and save. Then uplaod to Photobucket and post it.

Post your pics there.
Under your pic will be 3 link options - pick the one with Image on the front and back of your image url - cut and paste that link into your message.

For mac users (this is in described in the link above but here are some easy directions):

-Open GRAB (Applications,Utilities)
-Play video from any source- pause it at spot you want to capture
-Capture Selection (saves file as tif)
-Re-open file in Preview
-Convert to jpg

Mac user since the first Mac, here. Try the fast capture. It's easier.
[apple][shift]3 = capture screen
[apple][shift]4 = capture portion of screen
