I think we're looking at footage from the archives of the Order. Showing the developmental steps their RNA research. They have successfully developed a way to "knock down" certain genes - which in turn emphasize specific traits in "Chosen Ones" like Bree.
Very intriguing and very much like the ARG for lost where archival footage was found relating to the "DHARMA Initiative". The Creators are known to have a penchant for that show.

I think i have to agree with you. It probably is archives secretly put up. I think it is related to tachyons stolen content. Perhaps the reason they havent posted this characters videos as a response like other dubs is becuase they are keeping it under the radar as popularity would lead to oppy finding and traceing. Just my thoughts
