It wasn't that strange, really. Daniel and Bree would need some sort of catalyst to make them realize that they already have feelings for each other. I mean, I think Daniel already knows that he's in love with Bree. But I don't think Bree has any clue that he feels that way. Or that she does, too. However, I don't think they'll ever hook up, unless The Creators decide to wind down the series. It changes the character dynamic too much.

There are exceptions to every rule. Generally speaking, girls (especially girls that are Bree's age) tend to treat their male "best friend" as if he were another one of her girlfriends. Neil Strauss wrote a whole book about it called "The Game" and Mystery has a whole course based on these assumptions.

I voted for Bree and Daniel but only because there wasn't a "None of the above" option. I agree with 'mute that it would change the dynamics too much.

When Jonas first entered their lives, even up until the skateboarding video, lots of people were shipping for Jonas and Bree.
