When I lost my first tooth when I was a little kid, my dad took some sparkely barbie clothes and threw them under our car outside and then told me that he saw the dog running around outside with the toothfairy in his mouth...

I was one of those creepy little kids that would have acted happy that it happened. I would have asked for more details. I would have asked if there was blood, if the dog tore it apart, stuff like that. I was (and still kind of am) a very morbid person. ....That's both sad and funny at the same time. I have a friend whose Dad always had a sense of humor like that.....He cracked me up, but my friend swears she is warped because of it.....
