Technically all her videos are canon. "It's Not Your Decision" is just her first video after she was confirmed as canon. Clearly the first videos she put up ("Nut Kills Man" and "Living in London") are canon since Bree's acknowledgement of Gemma (the introduction of Gemma into canon; "Hi Gemma!") was a reply to Gemma and stuff she had mentioned in those first two videos.
