I've only been around (so far) for a few days, literally, and the whole time, during my lurking and, today, my first day of 'full-time' posting, I've seen Josh all over the place!

Given that upon one of our first encounters, Josh thought I was female, I don't blame him, since I never said I was otherwise. Still, point is that he actively welcomed me into the forums. That makes a big difference, and left a pretty big impact on me.

Once again, a prerequisite of a forum moderator should be that they are visibly active among the community.

Don't get me wrong, though, there are other factors to keep in mind.

- Though I've seen him all over the place, I still don't think I can make a judgement call on his personality and character.
- While a mod should have better than decent vocabulary and grammar, his posts still do make perfect sense.

Work on those and you should be fine, Josh.
I agree with this to an extent. But the activity one does should be somewhat relevent the majority of the time. Correctly spelling and decent grammar should be a requirement so that people can easily read and unerstand what you are saying. Also, I have seen an improvement josh. good job! have a cookie ^_^

and yes it is in my books, i have to be up and out by 8am for college, and on weekends i normally sleep in but i was rudely woken up this morning :(
then why is this in the Op forums?
If you are gonna mod... it would make sense for you to do it elsewhere, right?
Not trying to sound bitchy, but generally the operators here have to be very upclose with this game.

I don't know why it was put here?

I think Josh made a joke in one of the threads in this section and so this is where I made the poll... I think, but that's too long ago to recall...

Great things about Josh:

After reading (most of) his posts, I almost always end up in hysterics.

He has significantly improved since the last poll was taken.

He seems like the type of guy who could be your best friend or your worst enemy..

And, from what I've seen of the 'new' Josh, he is more helpful with the forum.

Some aspects of maturity are chronological. MOST people, NOT including myself  , can look back on their lives and actually learn from mistakes/challenges/triumphs they've faced. You're well on your way Josh. Luv ya! :smt049

operator is the people who are heavily involved with oppy, and they keep that in check

on mod is the rest of the forum
