I'm starting to wonder.. I mean I know it was supposed to look dramatic and sad and we were supposed to have sympathy when the video showed Bree on the park bench talking to her animals..
But I just
burst out laughing.. and I don't think I've ever really laughed watching the videos before.. like it was magic.. brilliant.
Can you imagine being in the park and seeing this girl who looks at least twenty just sitting there on her own talking to stuffed animals? Dear goodness... Oh, it's too much for me, it's just
too perfect..
Bree is definitely a few something short of something, I just don't know what.. I mean, used to be able to empathize with her, I think we all were.. I mean everyone, no matter who you were, could empathize with her in *some* way or another...
.. and now she's just the retarded girl you pass by in the mall food court and avoid making eye contact with.. >.<

I burst out laughing too . . . but realy because of Daniel's commetary -- he reminds me of when I criticize my sister always having her cell phone in her hands.
I doubt Bree is mental . . . but I do think that she is avoiding the issue with her stuffed animals.

Jeez, I seriously don't think she is metally challenged.
She may have issues..

Gee, don't you think you'd be a little bit 'off' too if you were going through some really insane stuff and living on the streets. The character of Bree isn't mentally challenged, just weird. And why is she weird? Because sometimes being silly is the only way to get your mind off pain. It's not an unrealistic response to problems, believe me. I actually like the fact that that's how Bree's coping with stuff, it shows a way of dealing with problems that you don't often see in fictional stories but that I've seen pretty dang often in my actual life.

No, I don't think she's actually mentally challenged or has a psychological disorder. She doesn't really show signs of either.
She acts like someone who grew up very sheltered with few friends. She pretends her stuffed animals can talk because of her loneliness and now, she also uses them to escape reality and to cope. It's essentially a coping mechanism used to avoid how she really feels and to avoid dealing with things happening to her. She seems to have a firm grasp of reality but is very naive and a bit immature (at times).
I will admit I haven't seen all the videos but I've seen enough to know that she doesn't actually have a mental or emotional disorder.

The same kind that goes on a date with that stuffed animal.

I agree......do you think she watches the vids after he posts them? Cuz I don't think she'd be happy at what he says behind her back!
He needs to start playing jokes.....they would be lost on her and that would be so funny!
Come on Daniel, make Bree say "I AM WE TALL DID"!

So, you're saying that CiW was the alternate personality of P-Monkey, not Bree?

agreed
People whom suffer from Asperger, a mild form of autism, usually have one big interest. They always wan't to talk about it. They read alot about that one subject.
A geek... a nerd can be a person who is really engaed to one interest
but this is so far off... Why are we talking about autism? Not like the plot's going like 'Bree went to a doctor and got diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and Daniel ate a banana'

No clue... I was just agreeing that it was a possibility.
