These erroneous accusations make me laugh. Perhaps you should consider getting to know us before you start throwing around the elitest clichés?
I could say the same about the presumptuous tweenie comment but that has all been hashed out, I hope.

Children ... behave.

I want the new kids and the old kids to get along, or no ice cream for ANYONE.

New guys -- we love you. We love everyone. Just understand that this is something we're getting used to.

My old homies -- Play nice, children. It'll all work itself out over the course of time. Until then, I want everyone in thier Sunday best for our guests.

No more flaming ... pweeeassseee?

I was joking about some tweenies coming and being all.. well you'd know what they'd be like.
Never did I say "Prepare yourself for all the people who haven't been following. They're all STUPID." cos that would be ridiculous.

Can we censor the word elitist? It hurts my feelings.

Lets just love.

It is a logical presumption that some of the younger audience of LG15 will come over here now that Op is canon. It is also logical to assume that a 12 year old is different than a 24 year old. Op is not the most tolerant of people. The newbs should read everything first to get to know Op. Then you'll understand why that comment is both correct and hilarious.

I know I'm stupid for asking, but a tweenie.. is what, now? A new pastrie from Pari'?

Anyway, I didn't think OpAphid would ever make it canon.. but once she did, I had to stop lurking and start posting again. >.>;

Someone decided at some point that the age group formerly known as preteens would now be called tweenagers. It means someone who is around 10-12 years old.

That term sucks. I prefer the Hobbit use of the term. Those between (roughly) 18 and 30. Which I think we have now. An age group between teen years and adulthood. Those independent dating years where you sew your wild oats and all that mess.

I think it's silly too. But I didn't coin it. It's all over the child psych and parenting books/magazines/videos etc.
