My understanding of the quesiton is How many times do you see the number TWO. thats why my answer is 21.

The direction says to TOTAL every 2, not count every instance of a 2. See the difference?

Nope. But that is why im in developmental math. So i shall take your word on it
you'll notice that this is (H-I)/JY. Subtract I from H, then divide the remainder by J.
That means the first numbers of it are Y, X, and possibly Z. All reversed. If we assume I = 21, that gives us Y=3, X=1. This would then give us the first two digits of the final solution as "31" which is identical to the first two digits of the phone number we dialed earlier today.Lay it down "UVZXY"
Then flip it (or reverse it).
