Due to my love of (apprx. 20 years of it) for Patrick Dempsey, I would date, screw and marry only him in no particular order. Plus, I don't watch that show, so I'm talking out of my ass, but those other two look a little queeny to me.

Yeah, the first guy is a little girlie, especially in that picture, but he's pretty hot when he has scruff, and the last guy actually is gay. He's not a beefcake kinda guy.
What was Patrick Dempsey in before? I know I recognize him, but I'm too lazy to google

"Can't Buy Me Love" and that movie where he worked at Senor Pizza...was that called "Loverboy" or something?

PatDemp has been in everything! Have you ever seen "Loverboy"? He's a pizza delivery boy who sleeps with the married women he "delivers" to.
And he was in "Sweet Home Alabama," which is more recent.

I don't know...I have to admit, when my brother was still in highschool (like 3 years ago), he had some football player friends who were unreasonably hot for 16/17.
