Well, its been with me since as long as i can remember. My grams used to say it everytime i came into the room. Makes me smile too!

You know it's nearing the end of the day when you're thinking about what's for dinner. Unfortunately, all I have is a 3-day-old leftover porkchop and two tiny slices of three-day-old leftover pizza. *sighs*

I've heard of people eating strictly cottage cheese to lose weight. I think it'd get old pretty fast.

Salads are always delicious! Just use a light dressing and pile on the veggies and a lean meat!
