They seem like some kind of numeration to me. There has been several of them on most of the vids.

ok i guess they could be speaking about either daniel or c-wiz in the first sentance, and maybe the order in the second(or mabe bree if she supposedly may have killed c-wiz), the part about bystanders i dont know, maybe that has something to do with daniel's watching

It's 'Come and get it' with the audio really distorted.

As for the ending, on a second listening, I'm inclined to believe it does says 'Thou shalt not be...' instead of 'There shall be...' but I still think it's 'Above all' instead of 'and most of all'. Not that it really changes the meaning of the phraze.

It's definitely "thou". It's a quote from some British dude I forget the name of. It's enscribed on the Holocaust museum.
