Perhaps Frank is an alternate personality of CASSIE. We've been told that Cassie "Does not RIP", so it's possible that Frank is not the real person and is not even aware of being a second personality of Cassie.
Could also explain how Cassie got a recording of his voice on Revelation, them being the same person and all.
I thought of this while reading a message on another thread where someone was making the Donnie Darko tie-in, and it was said that Frank was an imaginary character in Donnie's head.
Just a thought.

This is a bit meta, but why can't they just have the dead girl move things around for herself? Is Frank's only purpose really to make us go "Oh! That's how the clues were dropped! It all makes sense now!"? As if ghostly voices/possession made any more sense than a ghost moving things and setting up a YouTube account.

My last house was haunted, and my ghost certainly had no problem moving objects when she wanted to. No videos, though... that I know of...

One thing we've learned from CiW is that there is a reason for everything...and usually our first thoughts aren't correct. Let's not get ahead of ourselves and let the clues reveal.

I just looked over there and it still says sleeping. However, if it did say that for any bit of time, it could be taken to mean that he is making a drop.

At least I know that I enterchange taking a dump, and droping a load all the time.

I like Frank. He sounds like a man's man. He likes to fish, hunt, drink, and most of all, speak his mind! Plus he likes Rage, that's always a plus!

This suddenly doesn't feel like a fun game.

Although I was only seven when this happened, I remember the Polly Klaas case alot, mainly because her abduction was on my birthday and because I live about a half hour away from Petaluma. Kids everywhere in the Bay Area became under watch immensely. Even now, every year on my birthday, they bring it up on the local news.

The killer had said he heard voices because he wanted to go for the insanity plea, and later pulled back that statement.
He did it for reasons that, even still today, haven't really been found to be exact truth. You should read up on the entire article if you're interested on it.
There are tons of people who claim to hear voices, so this probably isn't anything new just for this case.

Don't you think that it is a weird coincidence though that she was taken on Oct 1? That someone named Frank wrote about about it?

I think it can be construed as weird, but honestly, there are tons of crimes that happen on October 1st, and tons of Franks.

The only way this would make a connection is if it were anywhere near LA.
Which it isn't.
Try about 6-7 hours away.
