Just posted on the HSA site.
Hm... curiouser and curiouser. The obvious question is how would being connected to Vantageous, an advertising and media agency, "discredit" a homeschool?

maybe they're doing it so we visit vantageous? Not that there are any clues there, but it's kind of like putting a pepsi can in a movie (indirect marketing). But if that's true, then this would almost certainly make this HSA Online thing real and actually part of the LG15 series - not a fanfic spinoff.

ok, I couldn't find any anagrams that could make any sense in the french lines on the vid. However, I might be retarded concerning anagrams... (my major was in maths!)

The music is so bad it makes me think that it might be a clue. Midi is kind of a specific computer code. Could the actual midi data contain a clue? I'm not sure how to look at it though.

Now I don't see the midi music on the front page anymore. Glitch or did they take it down? Maybe to save bandwidth? The site was down last night because they ran out of bandwidth.

clues in the link?
http://www.stanford.edu/group/SHR/5-1/t ... inger.html

the over-all theme seems to be a "Left Behind" type apocalypric scenario.
the article mentions the book "Jesus Is coming", referring to millennialism, the Second Coming.

John Nelson Darby (DARBYITE) is considered the father of modern Dispensationalism... which teaches history as a number of successive periods, economies or administrations, called dispensations.

is Lonelygirl a story of eschetology. God, I sure hope so!

William Butler Yeats (1865-1939)
THE SECOND COMING

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all convictions, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

Ce n'est pas un jeu? Or Ceci N'est pas une jeu? That's just fun.

As for Hochschild I found a professor of Sociology at UC Berkeley. I just thought it was interested that she was in Cali until I saw her Wikipedia site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arlie_Russell_Hochschild

Arlie Hochschild is the wife of Adam Hochschild, another Berkeley professor and co-founder of the progressive magazine Mother Jones, which was named after 19th-20th Century labor rights activist Mary Harris Jones, who was most famous as a community builder.

All of which -- progressive art/literature education, intellectual stimulation, and community building -- seem to be aims of the Homeschoolers Aggregate.
