Yep, I've edited now - Just in a rush to post.
Is Frank in there anywhere?

BABA HERSENT FUNK HALEE NYMPHO OR UT - FRANK
but there must be a formula for it...that could apply to each line

oye ru chetive lyre wu

anagrams to "Youre cute while very"

eh? no sense to me.

Echonte : "The one"

And, then 'baba hersent funk' can include the word 'frank' in the anagram but i'm not sure what the other words are.

Long time lurker... first post...

I see the possibility of "Tell me tell me where" in the first line. Trying to figure out what the rest of it could be now.

Yep, yep and yep.
I can't do them either, but get yourself Anagram Artist - It helps a lot.

Some words that can be made with the first line after the letters for "thelema" are removed:

element
enter
tell
lent
met
semen (haha)
smell
swell
melt
rent

There has got to be something we are missing...As this could be 'solved' many different ways. Is there a key? Something, anything?

There wasn't a key for the poem, was there?

Yes, but she did give us a way to solve it: The blurred photograph and the knowledge that is WAS a poem. Even then, it took awhile to get the lines right.

There wasn't at first, but eventually she gave us several.
