The odd uppercase in Watch, Learn and Listen is
HTHEYURT
They Hurt? I suppose that means they hurt her. Obviously. They killed her.
Anyways, from Crescent Circles:
They stood around her in a circle.
They yelled.
They wrapped her in plastic.
They threw away the key.
They grabbed her plastic.
And sat under a tree
Wrapped her in plastic and threw away the key? What key I wonder.

The file name has Halifax explosion in it. I searched it on Wikipedia.

So, it appears that whatever it is we have to stop, it is taking place in Nova Scotia, since that is where the pics are and the info seems to point to.
Where the hell is Killthesmiley when you need her? She might be able to recognize that last pic...

hehehehe...ditto on that!
Anywho, there are lots of death references in her blog, so obviously we are supposed to try and stop another one. At least that's the feeling I'm getting. And I think that its her father who is the one who is doing the killing, but I could be way off base.

I think several people killed the girl, and her father was involved. In one of the blogs she talks about how they made a circle around the victim. Or something like that.
