Hmm, I agree that the above grammar faux pas SUCK. All I care to add for now is that I absolutely hate the pseudo-word "huggles". :x

How to use "its" and "it's":

The apostrophe denotes contraction. You would say "It's a long way to the store" or "It's a small world after all."

To use possession, use "its": "The dog carries its bone".

Never use its'.
