The way he capitalizes Creator reminds me of all of us talking about The Creators as if they were a divine force. Ahaha.
Maybe it's just the Creators or the Actors or someone else who is "in" on the whole thing just fooling around.

i dont think the creators want to take over the world so i dont think they made that. i do think someone else did though just for fun
