Anyone notice how Taylor keeps saying 'my mom' instead of just 'Mom' or 'our mom'?

Gaaaaaaaaaah.

Again, I like the editing and the new style they're trying to go for.

I like that she's trying to tell us there is significance in the note.

But... if we get another video like this that's more fluff and filler than plot movement... I'm tempted to just start poking my eyes out or something disproportionately dramatic like that.

Grrr. Maybe I should just enjoy the pretty editing and stock footage since it doesn't appear that what I WANT to see (Ceremony, Bree Rescue, Bree Information, Significant plot movement...!) is going to happen any time soon.

I like Taylor. She's a cool kid.

Sarah is very interesting.

So, I'll just be happy for a new video, appreciate the My Little Pony cuteness, and shut my yap about filler vids.

It was alright, didn't like it too much. Misleading titles FTL, as well.

ANd when she was 'talking' to Daniel, she came up real close to the camera, and was wearing makeup!? I don't remember her having done that before. She's normally very tomboy... Hmm.

Couple things.

First, the sleazy wasn't in the photos, it was in the actions they represented. Read her blog.

Second, unfortunately I think the letter wasn't a cypher, but a message with double meaning. The first two anomalous statements (Quantum et. al.) are about the beginnings of nano technology. The Mary Poppins bit may be referring to the refrain:

Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious,
If you say it loud enough it really sounds precocious:
Supercali...etc.

Perhaps her father was saying the use of nano technology, while it sounds Orwellian, is really meant to improve.

haha yeah...the title was misleading. I was all prepared for some wild stuff. Thats ok, I still liked it.

This definatly means theres significance in the note tho

i think the significant information would be finding out what the last line is about

also i think the point behind the title and her opinions is to show that taylor is sheltered and somewhat prude like bree and in contrast to sarah

I don't know who she was thinking of when she recorded this...but she definitely wants to...err...."meep" him. Definitely.
The way she looks in the very first frame alone...
How old, again, is the supposed to be? (Are my naughty thoughts illegal?)

As either there is no plot discussion thread about the note yet (I can't find one anyway) and I get shy about starting threads, I'll put this here: (someone quote me if one gets started pls? I don't get to visit here as often as I's like anymore!)

The first weird thing I notice about the note is the way the lines are actually written.

Some lines are longer than others. Like the one about the money on the table goes onto the next line without needing to: other lines run much longer along the page.

I thought it was very strange, but I haven't been able to discern a pattern for why it might be like that... yet!

Anyway, to stop being OT, I'll end with: cool vid!

Taylor's (well, really the actress who plays her) video blogging skills have improved somewhat, but this video is still a disappointing filler.

I really wonder how they're going to integrate the Taylor/Sarah and BDJ (well, just DJ right now) plot lines. I think that Sarah running away to California would be pretty plausible. One way or another, the plot lines HAVE to be integrated - it's kind of stupid to have D/J advancing the action (well, or not, lately), and Taylor and Sarah blogging about their lives and trying to cheer them up.

I'm really starting to like Taylor!

Remember the old days when we'd dissect absolutely everything looking for clues? I can't help but wonder if there are clues around here...

For example, who is Taylor's dad? Was the timing of his "disappearance" just a coincidence? The family seems pretty strict (even if Sarah rebels), so is there a connection to the Order/religion? Why is Taylor taking apart a computer...is there a clue there to something we're supposed to think about? (She did mention, somewhere, hacking the Hymn of One website...) Sarah wants to go back to California (via her myspace page)...perhaps there's a connection there? I don't know, just some thoughts...

Boring, stupid, useless.

I want the damn story arc to end.
