I love Sarah. Tayor, too. But honestly, they don't do much. They have to have *something* to do with the Order, or they wouldn't have much of a purpose.

Taylor recognized Jules, which got them to Texas, which resulted in everything that's happened since. If they then join up with the others because they like them, all that seems like purpose enough to me.

For that matter, though, look at Daniel: No connection (that we know of).

But Daniel is a SexyBeast. He doesn't count. xD

But, seriously, he was a character before everyone turned out to have an Order connection.

And, yeah, Taylor got them to Texas, but Sarah? Apart from funny quotes, not much.

Isn't that all that's needed from a character sometimes, though? That they bring a dynamic to the group that wouldn't otherwise be there?

If everybody has a connection, then things feel less convincing, it comes off forced and it makes the group feel exclusive from birth or something, which inevitably disconnects the viewer ever so slightly. It takes away a little bit of their ability to put themselves in there.

I think right now they've got a good balance. Bree, Jonas and Jules are all connected to the Order. Daniel, Sarah and Taylor, as far as we know, are not. If they can keep it that way, that will be good. I really hope they do.

To have some new characters and help move the plot along.

Or it might weigh it down, because then all the characters have to be incorporated into the plot.

Maybe Taylor help set up Bree to get caught. Who knows, right? But the fact that she did screw up with the first house kinda says that she is not connected. But, she still might, trust no one, right?

Maybe Taylor will be all for helping Jules, just because she cares or something, and Sarah will follow along because she seems to be the type that would hate being left in her boring neighborhood while Taylor "the great" embarks on an adventure.

Or maybe they will be out of the show after this, and throw comments in every now and then.

Well, if they're recruiting Sarah into the Order, they must be really needy! Have you seen her latest myspace blogs? Drunk and making out with the bartender at a local pub! Swell. Now there's what Daniel needs.

Is it just me or does anyone see some type of foreshadowing from the 'Crazy Emo Chick' video with the "gun" thing? Of course I'm somewhat of a skeptic

Well, at some point Bree will probably suspect them and tie them up, but then it will turn out that Sarah did the Ceremony and that is what turned her all "emo" and then Bree will feel bad and they'll all join together to fight the Order.
